Crushpath is looking for a new Customer Support Advocate to join our growing team. Successful candidates are well organized, driven, and energetic. You utilize excellent communication skills to add polish to every customer interaction. You also love problem solving and understanding a product in depth.

Responsibilities

  1. Respond to high volume customer inquiries via email, chat and phone.

  2. Helping to lead and grow the support organization  

  3. Troubleshoot and solve simple to complex technical and process-related problems using a combination of best practices and creative thinking.

  4. Build, strengthen, and retain client relationships through quality interactions.

  5. Develop and apply expert knowledge of Crushpath Products.

  6. Report and track product bugs/ technical issues.

  7. Participate in cross-functional teams, acting as the customer advocate to ensure customers are delighted.

Qualifications

  1. Passion for customer success, drive and independence  

  2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  3. 3+ years of similar experience with proven track records of success

  4. Hands-on cloud software expertise

  5. Computer savvy (preferably Mac), and have strong troubleshooting/ problem solving skills.

  6. Excitement in delivering the #1 automated sales prospecting service
