We partner with these businesses to drive successful marketing campaigns that target the right buyers who turn into customers for our partners. The Success Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring the success of a portfolio of Crushpath partners.

As a Success Manager, you will bring Crushpath's best practices and capabilities to a portfolio of partners and match these to their business goals, driving greater success of marketing campaigns powered by the Crushpath platform. In this role, you will be responsible for driving partner success by providing digital marketing advice, campaign recommendations, success goal alignment and ongoing guidance. The end result is increased partner satisfaction, retention and expansion of their utilization of the Crushpath platform to market and grow their business.

Responsibilities

  1. Ultimate responsibility for the partner's renewal and expanded use of the Crushpath platform. You promote maximum value from their investment in Crushpath, identify new opportunities, and collaborate internally to ensure growth attainment.

  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of a partner's business, unique value proposition and target buyers, and align marketing campaign strategies effectively.
    Coach partners to ensure they are leveraging all available Crushpath platform capabilities.

  3. Understanding a buyer's needs and communicating how Crushpath will meet them

  4. Work within an account team matrix (“Crush-It” agency team) to lead stakeholders towards identifying and defining success goals within a Success Plan, outlining a vision to achieve mutually-defined objectives.

  5. Effectively network within accounts from the C-Level down in order to achieve successful execution of the partner's success plan, where appropriate.

  6. Serve as a partner advocate in driving best practices and the evolution of Crushpath product and platform functionality, as well as services integral to the partner's success.

  7. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in your account portfolio, where appropriate, by networking between channels, partners, and Crushpath.

  8. Contribute thought leadership and best practice, both internally and externally, around marketing strategies, execution and the Crushpath platform.

Qualifications

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. Minimum 5 years relevant work experience

  3. Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and foster honest dialog to mediate challenges

  4. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure

  5. Strong knowledge of business processes and marketing strategies
